Lance Neuhauser is CEO of The Predictive Index, the leader in applying behavioral science to solve businesses' most complex people challenges.

Lance was previously CEO and Co-Founder of 4C Insights, a behavioral data intelligence platform that connected social and television data to help brands understand and reach audiences at scale. 4C was acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2020, and Lance served as President of Mediaocean following the acquisition. Before 4C, Lance co-founded Resolution Media, which became the world's largest search engine marketing agency before being acquired by Omnicom. Most recently, Lance founded Wendy, an AI-powered storytelling platform for children, and served as Operating Partner at Interplay, where he built and advised AI-native companies. Lance is a member of YPO (Windy City chapter), a graduate of HBS Executive Education, and founded the Sweet Home Chicago Golf Invitational benefiting Little Kids Rock. When he's not leading the team at PI, Lance can be found at home with his wife in the suburbs of Chicago, wrapped around their daughter's little finger.
